2. Booking & Appointments

To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, services desired, and contact information. Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. A 50% charge of the booked service will apply for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Appointment Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your appointment.

3. Payment

  • Pricing: All prices for our services are subject to change. The price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored for that service.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Membership Fees: If you are enrolled in one of our membership plans, the membership fees will be billed monthly, starting on the date of registration.

4. Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, or paint defects).

  • Damage caused by improper vehicle preparation by the owner before detailing.

  • Issues related to the age, condition, or manufacturer defects of a vehicle that may affect the outcome of detailing or coating services.

  • Loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle during the service.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

5. Ownership & Use of Vehicle

You affirm that you own or have permission to provide the vehicle for detailing services. You agree to indemnify V Spec Detailing & Care from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from disputes about ownership, damage, or loss of the vehicle.

6. Membership Terms

By joining our V Spec Owners Club (Maintenance or Elite Membership), you agree to the following:

  • Membership is valid for a 30-day period and will auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • You are entitled to the benefits associated with your membership tier, such as discounts, priority scheduling, and concierge services, as outlined in the membership description.

  • Cancellations for membership services require 30 days’ notice to stop future charges.

  • Referral rewards and additional discounts may be subject to specific terms as defined on our website.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to the following:

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by V Spec Detailing & Care or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
